1. Our Fundamental Privacy Commitment

Runtasko ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), built by ArikarTech, is engineered from the ground up on a Zero Data Storage Principle. We believe online utilities should solve your immediate task without harvesting your personal data, cataloging your documents, or tracking your digital footprint across the web.

2. Client-Side Browser Processing (Device-First)

The majority of Runtasko tools execute 100% locally on your own device using modern browser capabilities (HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and local JavaScript workers). When using client-side tools:

  • Your input files, photos, financial figures, salary data, or code never leave your browser.
  • No network requests containing your confidential file bytes or calculations are transmitted to our servers.
  • Processing completes inside your browser sandbox and memory is immediately reclaimed when you close or refresh the tab.

3. Server-Side & Hybrid Processing (Ephemeral Files Only)

For select utilities where heavy computational conversion or rendering is required (such as complex PDF rasterization or OCR text extraction):

  • Randomized Ephemeral Storage: Uploads are assigned an isolated, cryptographically random UUID and stored strictly in a temporary execution directory.
  • Immediate Disposal: Temporary files are automatically unlinked and scrubbed immediately after processing completes, or on failed requests.
  • No Permanent Retention: We maintain zero permanent archives of user documents or converted output files.
  • Isolated Access: Files are never publicly indexable, browsable, or exposed via open directory listings.

4. Zero Third-Party Trackers & Zero Advertising

Runtasko contains zero advertising networks (no Google AdSense, no Mediavine, no ad banners). We do not integrate third-party tracking pixels, Meta/Facebook tracking, session replay scripts (Hotjar, FullStory), or behavioral fingerprinting engines.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use only strictly necessary security cookies (such as standard CSRF session tokens to defend against cross-site request forgery attacks). We do not use persistent marketing cookies. For full details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

6. Email Subscriptions & Inquiries

Runtasko offers an optional, compact update subscription prompt. In accordance with our honest data-minimization architecture, notification delivery is currently in preview and email addresses submitted are not silently archived into unmanaged databases without a configured, verified transactional infrastructure. You may also contact us directly without creating an account.
